  • WI State Licensure
  • Create a five star guest experience
  • Attend training and advanced education classes
  • Provide guest with a thorough consultation
  • Perform Aveda rituals (Varies per position. Examples include: sensory journey, makeup refresh, hand massage, warm towel, scalp massage, foot soak)
  • Act as a team player
  • Ability to maintain professional communication with guests and all team members at Neroli and the corporate office
  • Paid service and retail commission plus tips

Aveda Advisor

  • Desire to work in a client focused, professional working environment
  • Conduct retail store operations
  • Assist guests in purchasing products
  • Money handling
  • Schedule guest’s future appointments
  • Maintain knowledge of Aveda products and treatments
  • Experience in an Aveda salon or knowledge of Aveda products a plus
  • Ability to maintain professional communication with guests and all team members at Neroli and the corporate office

Guest Services

  • Desire to work in a client focused, professional, call center environment
  • Assist guests in making, modifying and canceling reservations
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Able to listen, ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
  • Willing to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
  • Offer guests additional services to enhance their experience based upon availability
  • Able to learn and navigate computer software
  • Knowledge of Aveda product or services is a plus
