Thank you for choosing to reserve your appointment on-line. We have made every effort to ensure that this process is secure and simple. Please feel free to share your feedback with us at info@nerolispa.com.

1. To ensure the integrity of our database we require that you request a username and password while in one of our 3 convenient locations, via e-mail request to info@nerolispa.com or by calling Guest Services at 414-227-2888 (new guests may request these after checking out for their first appointment). We encourage you to update your contact information and change your password on-line once you have registered.

2.  Some services are unavailable for on-line reservations. If you see a service on our menu that you do not see online, simply call Guest Services at 414-227-2888 to reserve your appointment. You may also e-mail us at info@nerolispa.com with your appointment request.  Please provide your requested service, date, time and preferred service provider and we will contact you with several appointment options.

3.  You may only reserve one appointment at a time.   To reserve additional appointments please log off then log back on. Each location requires registration with an e-mail address and password. If the desired appointment at one location is unavailable, we encourage you to logoff and logon to another location to secure your desired appointment date and time. 

4.  You may not cancel an appointment on-line.  If you find that you’ve made a mistake and reserved a time in error or if you have rescheduled on-line but need to cancel a previously scheduled service please call Guest Services at 414-227-2888 or e-mail us at info@nerolispa.com with the cancellation information.  

5.  Please print the confirmation page at the end of your reservation and ensure that you list info@nerolispa.com as a "safe" e-mail with your e-mail provider to ensure that your e-mail confirmations are not rejected as spam in error.

5.  To reserve an appointment for someone else you must use their username and password.

6.  When in the appointment screen we STRONGLY encourage you to use the calendars in the software vs. entering a date range manually.  We've found that if you type in the date manually it may not “register” that an appointment is available. 

7.  If this is your first time reserving an appointment online PLEASE complete the following tutorial. It will reduce possible frustrations you may encounter while reserving your appointments.
